Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College has concluded the first semester exams for postgraduate students.

Within the activities of the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Festival, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and as part of the Entrepreneurship Week, the Technical College of Engineering in Najaf, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, participated in the university festival held at the Technical Institute of Najaf.
The college participated in several projects across four departments, covering different fields. These included a thermal image analysis project to enhance clarity and accuracy using computer programs, and agricultural drone applications from the Department of Aircraft Technologies Engineering.
The college also showcased home security devices, body temperature measurement systems using lasers, rocket propulsion radar, a white cane for visually impaired individuals, and a laser safety system using a mobile phone. Other innovations included solar panels that track sunlight using light sensors and a laser device for physical therapy, and a car alarm system using lasers from the Department of Laser and Optical Electronics Technologies.
The Department of Aircraft Electronics Engineering participated with a Dron detection system project.
The Department of Health Physics Technologies and Radiotherapy showcased three different devices, including a centrifuge, an electrocardiogram measuring device, and a nerve and muscle stimulation device.
Dean of the College, Dr. Hasnain Ghani Al-Husseini, emphasized that the college administration is committed to supporting and creating an environment that fosters students’ talents and enhances their innovative and entrepreneurial skills.
