The Holy Alawi Shrine honors a group of professors from the Technical Engineering College in Najaf who have attained the rank of professorship.

The Holy Alawi Shrine in Najaf honored a distinguished group of faculty members from the Technical Engineering College in Najaf, part of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, who have recently achieved the rank of professorship. The recognition took place during a grand ceremony held in the Fatimiyyah Courtyard at the shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH).

The event was attended by the Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, as well as presidents of public and private universities in Najaf.

The honored professors included:

• Prof. Dr. Hassanain Ghani Al-Husseini, Dean of the Technical Engineering College in Najaf.
• Prof. Dr. Adel Abdulaziz Aidan Al-Khafaji, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Technology Department.
• Prof. Ali Mohammed Saeed Al-Sahlani, Head of the Health Physics and Radiation Therapy Engineering Technology Department.

Prof. Dr. Hassanain Ghani Al-Husseini praised the efforts of the Holy Shrine in supporting scientific talent and encouraging academic excellence.
