Al-Yarmouk University College signs a twinning agreement with Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College.

In line with the objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance scientific collaboration between governmental and private colleges and universities, a delegation from Al-Yarmouk University College, headed by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Zaidoun Ahmed Abdul Kareem, visited Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College to establish a twinning agreement for the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering.

The delegation was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Sahlani, and the Head of the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering, Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Zubaidi.

The agreement aims to strengthen ties, open new avenues of collaboration in academic fields, and enhance the scientific and research level in teaching, research activities, student programs, as well as administration and career development.

In this context, Al-Husseini emphasized that the college administration is committed to fostering cooperation with all governmental and private colleges and universities, noting that this agreement is not the first of its kind with the college.
