The Technical Engineering College of Najaf organizes a vaccination campaign against seasonal influenza.

The Technical Engineering College of Najaf, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, in collaboration with the Najaf Health Directorate, organized a vaccination campaign for the seasonal influenza vaccine. The campaign also included free vaccination services for college staff members who wished to receive the vaccine.

The campaign aimed to vaccinate employees willing to take the seasonal influenza vaccine, achieving the third Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of ensuring good health. This initiative contributes to creating a safe environment for everyone, protecting them from seasonal diseases.

The Dean emphasized that vaccination is the best way to prevent influenza and that seasonal influenza vaccines are the most effective method for protection against the disease, as safe and effective vaccines are available.
