The Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College holds a seminar on literacy and ways to eliminate it.

The Women’s Affairs Unit in the Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a seminar titled: (Literacy and Ways to Eliminate It). The seminar, presented by (Assistant Lecturer Tahreer Abdul-Hussein Bakr and Assistant Lecturer Ameera Mohammed Ali Hussein), covered several topics: the first topic addressed the concept of illiteracy and its forms, the second topic discussed the causes of the spread of illiteracy, and the third topic covered the effects of illiteracy on the individual and society.
