The Holy Alawi Shrine was hosted by the Engineering Technical College in Najaf to hold an introductory seminar.

As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Holy Alawi Shrine and academic institutions, and under the generous patronage of Professor Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini, Dean of the Engineering Technical College – Najaf at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, the college hosted an introductory seminar organized by the Holy Alawi Shrine.

The seminar featured lectures by Mr. Youssef Al-Mousawi and Mr. Ammar Najm Badr Shakir, who highlighted the major projects undertaken by the Shrine, including architectural and engineering initiatives. It is worth noting that the Holy Alawi Shrine is among the institutions that provide support and training opportunities for students of the Engineering Technical College in Najaf.

Mr. Ammar Najm Badr Shakir also presented a historical overview of the sacred shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), detailing the stages of its construction throughout various historical periods and emphasizing the shrine’s distinguished cultural and architectural features.

In the same context, Professor Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini expressed his gratitude to the representatives of the Holy Alawi Shrine for organizing this valuable seminar, which plays an important role in strengthening the bonds between the Shrine’s departments and the scientific departments within the college.
