Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organizes a course entitled “Human Resources Management Organization”.

The Technical Engineering College / Najaf at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a course entitled: “Human Resources Management Organization”. The course was delivered by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Abdul-Jaleel. The course addressed the concept of human resources, its departments, the relationship between human resources and the administrative structure, and included a series of lectures explaining the organization of human resources in laws, regulations, and instructions. It also discussed the extent to which job descriptions apply, as well as the rights and obligations of employees, and touched on the provisions of administrative law.
