He graduated from the Technical Engineering College / Najaf in 2002, achieving fourth place in the Department of Communications. He then obtained a Master’s degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad in 2005. His professional career began as a lecturer at the Islamic University, followed by a teaching position at the Technical Education Authority (now the University of Al-Furat Al-Awsat). He continued his academic journey at the National University of Malaysia, where he earned a Ph.D. in Communications Engineering in 2015.
He has published several research papers in scientific journals, covering topics such as image processing, encryption, and digital modulation techniques. He served as the Head of the Department of Communication Engineering Techniques at the Technical Engineering College / Najaf from 2016 to 2021.
