The Technical Engineering College – Najaf organized a preparatory course for participation in the international TECHN0XIAN WRC Championship.

As part of its preparations for participating in the international TECHNOXIAN WRC Championship, the Technical Engineering College – Najaf at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a preparatory training course for students taking part in the competition.

The course, supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Aliaa Abdul-Hussein Lafta, Head of the Programming Club Unit at the college, included training participants—divided into working teams—on the use of the Dash robot. Students became familiar with the robot’s components and operation mechanism, in addition to applying algorithms to solve programming challenges.

By the end of the course, participants successfully designed line-following programs, which represent one of the main challenges in the upcoming international competition.

This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to support technical talent, foster student innovation, and enhance student participation in global events.
