أذ تم قبول الرسالة بتقدير جيد جداً، والتي تضمنت
اقتراح ثلاثة انواع من المدخلات مولدات التدفق الدوامي وهو شريط حلزوني وشريط مثلث وشريط مستطيل المقطع وبدأ البحث بدراسة عددية خلال النمذجةوالمحاكات لاشرطة الحلزونية ضمن المتغيرات السمك والخطوة والعدد حيث تم محاكاة السمك (٢،٣،٤ ملم)باستخدام برنامج ANSYS بينما تم دراسة تاثير درجة ميل الاشرطة الحلزونية الخطوة على الاداء الحراري للمبادل الحراري ذو الانبوب المزدوج حيث اخذت الخطوات (٢٥٠،١٥٠،١٠٠ ملم) اما تاثير عدد الاشرطة فقد تم دراسة سبع حالات من (٨-٢)شريطين الى ثمانية اشرطة .
و أظهرت النتائج ان سمك ٢ملم والخطوة ١٥٠ ملم والعدد ٥ اعطى افضل اداء حراري وهيدرولكي للمبادل ادى الى انتاج عامل تحسين اجمالي قدره ١.٥٤٤ الاداء الحراري الهيدرولكي .

Assistant Professor Tahsin Ali Hussein participated as a member in the discussion of a master’s letter to thermal engineering department of thermal engineering department for his tagged message (Thermal Modification Study for Adding Fins Inside the Tubes of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger) at the Technical College of Engineering – Baghdad One of the formations of the Central University.

Proposal of three types of input, spiral flow generator, a spiral tape, a triangle tape, and a rectangle clip. The research began with a numerical study during the modeling and simulation of spiral straps within the variables of fish, step and number where the thickness was simulated (2,3,4 mm) ) Using ANSYS program while the effect of the mileage of the step spiral straps has been studied on thermal performance of the thermal switcher with thermal exchanger (250,150,100 mm) while the effect of the number of straps has been studied seven cases of (8-2) Two to eight stripes
Results show that 2 mm thickness, 150 mm step, and 5 gave the best thermal and hydraulic repairs to the exchange resulted in a total improvement factor of 1.544 hydraulic thermal performance.
