عقد مجلس جامعة الفرات الأوسط التقنية جلسته السابعة للعام الدراسي 2020/ 2021 في رحاب المعهد التقني المسيب برئاسة السيد رئيس الجامعة الأستاذ الدكتور مظفر صادق الزهيري وحضور الذوات أعضاء المجلس وعدد من مدراء الأقسام المعنية في رئاسة الجامعة .
هذا وقد استهل الزهيري المجلس بتوجيه الشكر والتقدير أصالة عن نفسه ونيابة عن الذوات أعضاء المجلس وكافة منتسبي وطلبة الجامعة إلى معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الأستاذ الدكتور نبيل كاظم عبد الصاحب للجهود المبذولة من قبل معاليه والتي أثمرت عن صدور قرار مجلس الوزراء الموقر والمرقم 37 في 31/ 1/ 2021 والذي تم بموجبه إطفاء مبلغ الاستملاك الذي يربوا على سبعة مليارات دينار وتثبيت عائدية الأرض البالغة مساحتها 1193 دونم لصالح جامعة الفرات الأوسط التقنية / المعهد التقني المسيب إذ كان لمعالي الوزير متابعة شخصية لهذا الملف الشائك والذي لم يحسم طيلة السنوات الماضية… فضلا عن الملفات الأخرى والتي تم حسمها مؤخراً والخاصة بأراضي معاهد النجف والسماوه .
كما توجه الزهيري بالشكر والثناء لكافة الحلقات الأخرى في الوزاره والجامعة والمعهد والتي ساهمت في تحقيق هذا الأنجاز الكبير .
هذا وقد أكد الزهيري في معرض توجيهاته على الاهتمام بالبيئة الجامعية وتوفير أفضل الخدمات للطلبة والمنتسبين والاهتمام بتطوير كافة المفاصل ذات الصلة بالعملية التعليمية .
كما أشار الزهيري إلى وجوب اعتماد العداله في التعامل مع الجميع والحفاظ على استقلالية الجامعة وأبعادها عن التجاذبات بمختلف أنواعها وأن يكون الانتماء للوطن هو العنوان الأكبر الذي يستظل به الجميع .
من جهة أخرى أكد السيد رئيس الجامعة على أن تأخذ العمادات دورها في تنشئة جيل واعي ومثقف مؤهل لتحمل المسؤولية من خلال ترسيخ المثل والقيم العليا.
وفيما يتعلق بجائحة كورونا حيث من المتوقع بدء موجه ثانيه .. فقد وجه الزهيري باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الاحترازيه واعتماد قرارات خلية الأزمة بما في ذلك التعفير المستمر للقاعات والورش والمختبرات والمرافق الخدمية الأخرى وتحقيق التباعد الاجتماعي لمواجهة خطر الجائحة .
بعدها باشر المجلس باستعراض المواضيع المدرجة على جدول الاعمال حيث تمت مناقشتها واتخاذ التوصيات اللازمة بشأنها .

The Council of the Middle Euphrates Technical University held its seventh session for the academic year 2020 in the rehabilitation of the Christian Technical Institute, headed by Mr. Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zahiri, the attendance of the members of the Council and a number of concerned department directors in the presidency The university.
Al-Zahiri started the Council by thanking and appreciating himself and on behalf of the members of the Council and all the associates and students of the University to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Sahib for the efforts undertaken together The honorable cabinet decision No. 37 in 31, which resulted in extinguishing the amount of consumption of seven billion dinars and installing the return of the land of 1193 Dunum in favor of the Middle Euphrates Technical University / The Christian Technical Institute. His Excellency the Minister had a personal follow-up to this thorny and unresolved file over the past years… as well as other recently packaged files on the lands of Najaf and Samawah institutes.
Al-Zuhairi also thanks and praises all the other episodes of the Ministry, University and Institute that contributed to this great achievement.
Al-Zahiri, in his guidance, emphasized the interest in the university environment, the best services for students and affiliates, and the interest in developing all joints related to the educational process.
Al-Zuhairi also pointed out that justice should be adopted in dealing with everyone and maintaining the university’s independence and keeping it away from attractions of all kinds, and that belonging to the homeland is the biggest title that everyone has.
On the other hand, the Rector of the University emphasized that pillars should take their part in raising a conscious and educated generation that qualifies to take responsibility by establishing ideals and ideals.
Regarding the Corona pandemic, where a second orientation is expected to start.. The Council then proceeded to review the topics on the agenda where they were discussed and made the necessary recommendations.
