Under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini, Dean of the Technical Engineering College in Najaf, the Programming Club from the college participated in the Fifth National Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship, held at the University of Gilgamesh in Baghdad.

The Programming Club team, representing Najaf Governorate as its sole participant, achieved first and third places in one of the championship’s most competitive events, the Youth Innovation Competition.

The team members included:

  • Reda Firas Nizar – Participant

This championship serves as a qualifier for the Arab Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship, scheduled to be held in April 2025 in Tunisia, which will, in turn, qualify participants for the World Robotics Olympiad.
