Within the framework of enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between educational institutions, the Technical Engineering College of Najaf at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University concluded a twinning agreement with Ishtar University College, contributing to the exchange of expertise and the development of the educational and research process between both sides.
The agreement was signed during the reception of the Dean of the Technical Engineering College of Najaf, Professor Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini, for the Assistant Dean of Ishtar University College, Dr. Abbas Mughair, during which prospects for joint cooperation were discussed in the fields of education and scientific research, the organization of seminars and workshops, and the exchange of academic expertise in a manner that serves students and staff.
Both sides emphasized the importance of this agreement in supporting the path of higher education and strengthening scientific partnerships that contribute to raising the academic level and achieving the shared goals of the two institutions.
