نظمت الكلية التقنية الهندسية النجف إحدى تشكيلات جامعة الفرات الأوسط التقنية ، دورة علمية حول تعليمات الترقيات العلمية حاضر فيها الاستاذ المساعد الدكتور ظافر مانع حاجم رئيس قسم هندسة تقنيات ميكانيك القوى في الكلية. تطرق من خلالها الى توضيح التعليمات الجديدة للترقيات العلمية وتذليل الصعوبات التي تواجه ترقيات الاساتذة والتدريسيين اثناء تقديم معاملاتهم.و بين الية مليء الفقرات والجداول والحصول على النقاط لتغطية جدول البحوث وجدول النشطات الخاصة لكل مرتبة علمية والمدة المطلوبة من اخر ترقية علمية الى المرتبة العلمية الحالية ، كما تطرق إلى المتطلبات الرئيسية والمدة القانونية و طبيعة الابحاث والنشاطات الاجتماعية التي يتطلبها للحصول على النقاط المتنوعة في جدول الأبحاث وحول النشاطات الاجتماعية في تعليمات الترقيات العلمية وبالمراتب المختلفة.
