Dr. Nasser Hussein Salman, Head of the Department of Communications Engineering Technologies at the Technical College in Najaf, holds BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Electrical Power Engineering. He has extensive experience in teaching and academic administration since 1999 and has numerous research contributions in renewable energy systems, industrial control, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has participated in local and international scientific conferences and workshops, with many publications in peer-reviewed journals.
