The Najaf Technical Engineering College holds a seminar on enhancing the culture of participation in the decision-making process.

The Najaf Technical Engineering College at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit and the Technological Incubators Unit, held a scientific seminar entitled “Enhancing the Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process.”
The seminar was presented by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Kazem Said from the Department of Building and Construction Engineering Technologies, Mr. Atheer Majeed Kadhim from the Technological Incubators and Ecosystem Unit, and Mr. Hassanein Aziz Ne’ma, Head of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit.
The seminar aimed to:

1. Highlight the importance of participation in decision-making.
2. Explain the concept of the culture of participation in decision-making.
