In line with the vision of the Technical Engineering College – Najaf at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University to develop students’ skills and enhance their technical and scientific capabilities, the Programming Club Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Power Mechanics Engineering, organized a scientific symposium titled “Programming is the Foundation that Builds the Future.”
The event was supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abdul-Hussein Lafta, Head of the Programming Club Unit, and presented by student Hussein Ali Razzaq.
The symposium highlighted the importance of programming as one of the fundamental pillars of scientific and technological advancement in the digital era, emphasizing its role in developing students’ logical and creative thinking skills and enabling them to keep pace with the rapidly evolving demands of the technical job market.
The symposium covered several key themes, including:

The event concluded with an engaging discussion session that reaffirmed that programming is the language of the future and the foundation for building an innovative digital generation capable of contributing to scientific and technological progress.
