The Information Technology Division is the backbone of digital transformation at Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College. It provides integrated services including the design and development of digital infrastructure, network management, system support, and the provision of an advanced technical environment that keeps pace with the latest global technologies. The division aims to enable students, teaching, and administrative staff to effectively use IT tools and technologies to enhance the quality of education and scientific research.
Division Units and Responsibilities
Network Unit
Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining wired and wireless networks, ensuring speed and stability of connection within the campus.Systems and Software Unit
Develops and maintains electronic systems and college databases, in addition to supporting software used in administration and education.Website Unit
Supervises the college’s official website and updates electronic content to publish news, events, and educational activities regularly.Maintenance and Technical Support Unit
Responsible for maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals, and providing technical support to users within the college to ensure work continuity.Digital Infrastructure Unit
