Dr. Mohanad Ahmed Abdul Karim Al-Ibadi, Head of the Department of Aviation Electronics Engineering Technologies at Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College – Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Technology, Baghdad (2006 and 2009), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas, USA (2019). He has academic experience in both Iraqi and American universities and has published numerous research papers in areas such as signal processing, channel tracking, millimeter-wave, and radar using machine learning and advanced filtering techniques, with a focus on improving communication systems and wireless networks.
